Here are a couple of posts (the second one extremely visual and practical application) of how to resist a symptom or sickness. Sometimes this happens instantly, sometimes it takes a few hours for me… occasionally, especially if I am more tired, I give in and have to live with them for longer…. but most of the time the symptoms recede very quickly. I treat symptoms like a venomous snake that is attempting to breed in my house. I want them all out…. every last one of them and I am increasingly militant in my intolerance of them.
