A simple prayer to start with
Psalm 119:18 “Uncover my eyes so that I may see the miraculous things in your teaching” [God’s Word Translation GWT]

Deuteronomy 8:3 “Yes, he humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He did it to teach you that people do not live by bread alone; rather, we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.”
Deuteronomy 32:47 “These instructions are not empty words—they are your life! By obeying them you will enjoy a long life in the land you will occupy when you cross the Jordan River.”
John 6:63 “The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.”
Psalm 81:10 “For it was I, the Lord your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it with good things.”
Psalm 119:93”I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life.”

What stands out to you in these verses? What is the central theme?
Oh do read the verses for yourself and write somethings down before reading my thoughts. I know God has things to reveal to you and I don’t want to colour your thinking on these things. What jumped out to me was that the words of God ARE LIFE to our body. We can spend thousands of dollars on trying to get healthy… but getting a revelation that God’s Word when we hear it actually shifts things toward healthy… WOW!!! I am so motivated to read the Bible outloud. Something so powerful about hearing it with your ears and not just reading it in your head. Kind of like the verse when the Bible says that we need to confess with our mouths.. To have access to the most powerful medicine in the world for free, at any moment on any day… “the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life”
confession.. I am prone to falling into striving.. and prayers like “God please show me what I need to do to make this happen”. Someone said this to me and something shifted inside “Jesus plus nothing equals everything”. Something fell off of me on the day that it sunk in that the “incorruptible seed” that is God’s Word will WIN. Yep, my only part is to keep choosing to read it and believing that God will deliver on what He promised to do. Romans 4:20-22King James Version (KJV)
